Sylph Baier is offering residential pottery classes in a 17th century mill (‘The Moulin’) in the Dordogne, France. Places are limited to up to three students per course, and are held in a beautiful well-equipped workshop, where students can improve their skills and knowledge in a creative environment.

Tuition will be 20 hours per week, mainly in the mornings from Monday to Friday. It’s mainly throwing based and would suit students with some throwing experience, but other techniques can also be covered, as well as glazing and firing in electric and gas reduction kilns.
The workshop is available to students unsupervised until 9pm. There is also a
programme of films available in the evening and the library is open until 10pm.
Places are available in May, June, July, October and November

The prices includes airport transfers and full board and lodging, plus, of course, tuition!
